One of the most effective ways to support teachers’ growth and encourage important improvements in an early childhood program are provided by on-site training. For the past 10 years, Dr. Isbell has provided directors, supervisors, and leaders help in creating wonderful environments that are responsive for young children and their teachers.

Dr. Isbell will visit a program, go into individual classrooms, conference with teachers, and provide training that will include low-cost and practical ideas that can be used to enrich their classrooms.

She can assist teachers with classroom arrangement, material selection, creating an effective meeting place, storage expansion, finding personal space for the teacher, and identifying a quiet place for children to calm.

Together with Dr. Isbell, they will create a beautiful place for both children and teachers to live. After the visit, she will follow up with teachers to learn of their changes, remaining issues, and ways to continue on their journey to creating a wonderful place.
