Dr. Isbell is a consultant in early childhood education. She has been recognized as a Distinguished Professor in Teaching at East Tennessee State University and served as the Director of the Center of Excellence in Early Childhood Education. She has taught young children from 2 years of age through 4th grade and served as a Director of a Lab School. She is the author of ten books including two textbooks on early childhood education. Dr. Isbell has provided keynotes and training throughout the United States and Internationally.
