Stories, Songs, & Shaking that will Light up Young Children’s Brains

Music activates the entire brain as a child participates in singing, playing, and moving.  A wonderful story inspires language development, increase memory, helps visual literacy, and encourages feelings of empathy.

Songs introduce rhythm, words, patterns, and joy. When stories and songs are combined a major event occurs that captures the attention, interest, and involvement of young children.   Let’s explore ways of combing stories and songs that will enrich your classroom, can be repeated many times, and will remember for a lifetime by your children.
